Based on the findings of our survey, there is a need for educating junior tennis players about the long-term risks of skin cancer and effective sun protection, starting at a young age.

This sections contains our activities regarding skin cancer awareness training at junior tennis academies, schools,  and related events. We are aiming to set up sustainable programs with at least annual skin cancer awareness events that are integral part of the players' curriculum. Our events usually include an introduction to the topic and our mission, a review of our survey results, background information about skin cancer, and a review of effective sun-protection strategies for young tennis players. The emphasis is on early prevention of sunburns and skin cancers. The presentations are usually followed by a Q&A session and distribution of sunscreen samples and a QR code link to our website and social media sites to find out more helpful details and updates.
